Thirty years ago, we opened our doors with little more than a hot pizza oven, a handful of family recipes, and a dream to bring the true heart of Italy to your table

Today, thanks to you, Roma is still rolling out fresh pasta every morning and pouring wine for the best community in the world. To everyone who has celebrated a birthday, shared a first date, or spent a quiet Sunday night with us over a bowl of Tagliatelle: thank you for making us part of your family for three decades.
